It's a strange thing for me to post this but this person has a little influence on my life. Gary Gygax, co-founder of Dungeons and Dragons passed away today. I spent many an hour playing D&D with my friends in my youth. I still play occasionally with those same friends and enjoy it as much now as I did when I was much younger. Playing D&D sparked a life long enjoyment of swords and sorcery fantasy literature and entertainment. Yes, I still do sometimes watch a cheesy movie that has an evil wizard, a princess in distress and a dashing hero. It's my escape. And taking the last couple of years into consideration, I'm entitled.

The planning of the Fundraiser is going strong. Tickets are selling well and it looks like we'll have a good turnout. We're getting some good feeback from the community and we think this will be the first of many good events.
