I'd like to tell you all about an initiative that American Express has started. It's asking it's members to vote for different charitable/philanthropic projects that it's members have entered into a contest of sorts. The prize is up to 1.5Million dollars in funding. The family of Haily Meltz has started a drive to get Project Brain Child into the top 5 projects in the American Express campaign. If you have an AMEX card or know someone that does, get to www.membersproject.com and vote for Project Brain Child. It will only take a few minutes and might save the life of a child!

In other news, not real change for Kathie. She's still at VGH and is feeling OK. The treatment is working but can take several days before she is totally better. I'll update again when there is new info to report.
