Our board had our first meeting of 2009 on Sunday and discussed a couple of things like our upcoming fundraiser, a golf tournament, and also another exciting thing we are doing, Sponsoring a research fellowship at BC Children's Hospital. There are more details to come on both of these things as the week goes but my time is short this morning. I'll try to get some more notes down later today or tonight.

The title of the entry is what Allie said just before the meeting started.

As for myself, I'm taking some time off work to get some things sorted out, mostly me. I've taken a leave of absence so that I can get back on track and adjust to my/our new normal. This will give me some additional time to work on the Foundation, my own side projects and spend time with Allie as well. There is lots to do around the house that I haven't had time/inclination to do and this will be a good time to do it.
